Bob Lovejoy is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Education. He is married to Paula Lovejoy, who graduated from the same seminary with the same degree. And together they have been ministering at Faith Community Church for over 15 years.

Brian Abasciano is also a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. He has also received his Ph.D. in Divinity/New Testament from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He is married to Valerie Abasciano, who graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Counseling. Together they have been ministering at Faith Community Church for over ten years. They have four children: Noah (age 8), Jacynth (age 6), Benaiah (age 4), and Hannah (infant).
